My dad and I bought this place planning on making it into a small working farm.  An orchard, raised bed gardens and gardens, a couple milking cows, goats, birds, bunnies.  A hands on learning center with a commercial kitchen, pavilion, firepit, and a couple RV slots for guests.

We will have homeschool classes and guest speakers.  Come take classes, complete crafts, learn homesteading, and more...BUT my neighbors have a different idea of what are life should be here in Cumby, Texas.  A life of constant harassment, lies, and defamation.

Here is just some of the timeline of events since we purchased this farm.  I have several videos on my YouTube channel , including a series from July 4, 2024 - July 15, 2024 regarding what I have had to live through since we bought this place.

THE LIES KEEP ON COMING FROM LAURA MILLER AND HER SISTER, RUTH ANN PERKINS!  Please see my Facebook pages  (for more of the details, videos, and pictures).  My neighbors are obsessed with me, my personal and business life, this website, and ALL my social media pages.  They constantly spread LIES and misinformation about me, my animals, and my farm.  In all my life I've never seen people so into another persons' business.  It's like they don't have a life of their own, or their life is so completely miserable and unimportant, that they are consumed with mine.  I am their life!

7.29.2021- Purchased property at 1127 CR 1126, Cumby, TX 75433.  On this day I came to the property to inspect it with my sister.  The previous owners had left some items for donation in the driveway near the street for pick up.  All other items on the property were mine- above ground pool, pool equipment and stairs, tables (any- including picnic table), benches, trampoline, tools, anything and everything left on the property was mine with the exception of the donations in the driveway.

8.4.2021- I went to my new property.  Items were stolen- salt water pump, filter, pool stairs, picnic table, a bench, kids outside play toys, etc.  I went over and met the Rose family at their home.  I told them that several items had been stolen.  Gary said that he had taken the picnic table and some kids' items.  He said the previous owners had just left it.  He asked if I wanted it back.  I said, "Yes".  I have family and grandchildren and will need those items.  He never returned anything.

**TEXT   8.5.2021- I contacted my buyers agent, Ann Hall, regarding stolen items.  She contacted the sellers agent and previous owners.  They did NOT give those items away or give permission for anyone to take them.

8.19.2021- My parents moved on the property in their motorhome so nothing else would be stolen.

8.28.2022- My brother and I went over to the Rose home to get my picnic table.  Kaydi said they were still using it.  I told her I had to have it back because we were working on my property and had several people coming to help.  I was providing lunch and needed my table back.  My brother and I went to get my dad so he could drive over with his truck.  We put it in the bed of the truck and drove it back to my property. 

9.24.2021- Moved my horses, goats, and Anatolian Shepherd dogs to the pasture.

9.25.2021- I moved on property with my Bloodhounds, Catahoula's, and cats.

10.7.2021- Last day of moving stuff from Commerce farm to Cumby farm.

10.8.2021- My parents leave my property.

Fall 2021- While talking with my neighbor, Laura Miller, she told me that Gary Rose said, "I don't like her (me).  I am going to do everything possible to make her move."

11.15.2021- I bought a new mower from Tractor Supply because I overseeded my yard with winter rye grass.  I mowed 3 times.

December 2021- I had parked my mower near my second mobile home I use for storage.  I went out to mow.  The gas cap had been removed and the gas tank was filled with water.  It longer worked.

**Christmas 2021- I purchased Christmas gift baskets from Sam's Club for the Rose and Miller family.  I took the basket for the Rose's over to their house after dark.  Only Kaydi was home.  She came to the door and told me to leave it on the porch.  The Miller's weren't home, so I delivered it later.

Winter 2022-  Gary came over and complained about the ASD's barking.  He asked me to move them to the east side of the property.  I told him- 1 There are not any trees for shade.  2  There is not water  3 The dog houses and pens cannot be moved.  I did tell him I would purchase privacy fence, which I did, and install that so the dogs couldn't see him.  But I explained that his dog, and other dogs, were over here constantly and causing my dogs to bark.

March 2022-

**VIDEO  March 10, 2022- Kash, the Rose's dog is constantly on my property, all hours of the day, running my fence line, peeing all over.  The Rose's leave him out during the day when they are gone and he just runs anywhere he wants to.  My dogs go crazy and bark at him.  My dogs are fenced so they don't get out. 

**TEXT  March 31, 2022- Gary texted me and said that my "Redbone" got in his trash.  I don't have a redbone, but had a rescue Bloodhound, "Cooper".  Cooper was a black and tan.  Cooper was very old, had trouble walking, especially going up and down stairs, and did not have canine teeth.  I had his teeth removed because they were rotting before I rescued him.  It would have been very difficult/impossible for him to tear a plastic trash bag.  But I went over and picked up the trash.  The trash was scattered every where like racoons had gone through it.  Cooper was laid to rest in June 2022.  

April 2022-
Someone went in my second mobile home and went through my things and boxes.  Two of my window AC units that were used in the main mobile home and stored in the second mobile home for the winter were "missing", along with an air compressor.  Since my boxes and things have been rummaged through, I will not know what is missing until I build my barn and new home and unpack.

When I moved on this property, I only had enough money to fence the pasture and backyard.  The front yard and northeast pasture wasn't fenced.  Because I breed dogs and had several females in heat, several male dogs, including the Rose's dog, Kash, would constantly be on my property.  Because Kash was constantly on my property running the fence line, and peeing on the fence, my dogs would go crazy and bark.  My dogs are secure and can't run free outside the fence.

**TEXT  4.16.2022- 8:17 am.  "Good morning! Cash is over here."  Gary Rose- "Thank you" But he did nothing to get his dog off my property.

**TEXT  4.17.2022- 8:53 am. "Good morning! Cash is over here."  Gary Rose- "Shoot him with a BB gun..."
It seems it is not Gary's responsibility to secure his dog or keep it off my property.  I am responsible to keep his dog off my property.  

I contacted Chris Jones, my fencing guy, and told him I needed to finish all the permitter fencing on my property.  I did this to keep my animals and property secure and safe, and keep everything/everyone off my property.

May 2022-
5.13.2022- My parents came out and stayed on the property in their motorhome.

6.28.2022- The fencing began on my property.  The shooting began.

6.30.2022- Gary was shooting guns and fireworks again.  It scares my dogs.  Some of my dogs are terrified of guns, fireworks, and storms.  They must be caged or secured so they don't run off and jump the fencing.  I secured my dog.s
July 2022- DAILY FIREWORKS (UNTIL MICKEY BARKER CAME BY) AND GUN SHOOTING

7.4.2022- My parents left.

7.9.2022- My fence and gates are finished.

7.11.2022- Burn ban started in Hopkins County

7.12.2022- Clayton who works for the County Precinct started trimming all the trees, vines, and bushes along CR 1126.  I asked him not to trim back my trees all the way because I wanted to keep as much as possible for privacy and a sound barrier.  He said he would only trim to the ditch.  Clayton said Gary called in and said his horse trailer was getting scratched by limbs on my trees along the road.  I haven't seen Gary's horse since I moved on the property in October.  I haven't seen him with a horse trailer in months.

7.12.2022- I ordered security cameras for my property.

7.12.2022- Gary Rose was constantly shooting off fireworks.  The burn ban started July 11.  I called the non-emergency and asked if he was allowed to do this.  They told me "No".  He was shooting off fireworks daily, sometimes every 30 minutes, all day long.  They sent officers out to the Rose property.  My sister and my helper, Kelli are witnesses.

7.13.2022- Clayton came back and told me that Gary had called in and complained that they did not trim back far enough on my property.  He wanted everything trimmed back to my fence line.  Clayton trimmed back to my fence line.

**VIDEO  7.17.2022- Gary Rose was yelling at me across the street.  He threatened to kill my dogs.

7.17.2022- Police are called.  Criminal Trespass Warnings are issued.

7.20.2022- Mickey Barker came out to talk to me about the ongoing problems with Gary Rose.  Gary called him and asked him to come by.  After we spoke, he said to contact him if I have any additional problems with Gary.

**TEXT  7.20.2022- From my neighbor, Laura Miller- She said she spoke to the Commissioner, Mickey Barker, regarding my dogs and the issues with Gary.

7.20.2022- Kaydi is shooting a gun with her son.  Luna, one of my pregnant Catahoula dogs, is terribly afraid of storms, guns, and fireworks.  She goes into an extreme panic.

**TEXT 7.20.2022- Kaydi Rose stated I was videoing their house and putting it on YouTube.  She stated my dogs are in her yard growling at her and her kids.  She stated, "KASH GOT ATTACKED BY YOUR ANATOLIAN SHEPHERD IN MY YARD 2 WEEKS AGO........."

1. My ASD's are secured in the pasture for their safety and cannot get out.  It wasn't my dog.
2. If their dog was attacked on July 6th, where is the vet bill?  Why didn't they call the police?
3. My fence was up around my property at that time.

August 2022-

**VIDEO  8.3.2022- Even though I finished chores, put the animals up and all was quiet, the harassment continues from Gary.  911 is called.  Gary says he hopes I die in my sleep and my dogs die of anti-freeze.  The night's events are on video.

8.4.2022
8:47 am- I called Randy Walker, the owner of the property that Gary Rose lives in, and explained what was going on.  I asked that it stop.  We (my family) offered to purchase the property if that is an option.  We talked for about 36 minutes.  He said he would come over that night and talk to them.

That night the spot lighting continued by Gary Rose.  The HCSD are called.

**VIDEO  8.8.2022-  A jogger goes by my property.  The dogs start barking.  I go outside to see what is going on.  3 dogs are running free on the street, one of them looks like the Rose's dog, Kash.  Kaydi runs outside and starts screaming for Kash.  The dogs had run down the street after the jogger.



8.10.2022

**VIDEO  8.16.2022- Gary continues to walk up and down the road with a flashlight harassing my dogs and shining the light into my property.  He stands on the other side of the fence watching me and my animals for hours.  Although I am recording him outside and staying inside, all of my dogs are going crazy.  I call the Hopkins County non-emergency number and request a drive-by.

8.18.2022  HE'S WATCHING/STALKING ME!!!!!  NOT THE DOGS!!  Gary gets the dogs barking, I come outside.  He is right there behind the bushes.  He is watching me!!
