CVI
Door-To-Door shipping is available for your puppy through USDA licensed and insured transporters.
A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) for dogs/puppies is REQUIRED by law, and provided to the state for the transport of your puppy. This ELECTRONIC document is registered in Texas and sent to the state and county that the dog/puppy is being shipped to.
This electronic document includes the breeder information, the seller information, the USDA Licensed vet completing the exam, the shippers information, and the buyers information. All dogs/puppies are required to be microchipped, verified by the vet, and pictures (front and both sides) are taken at the time of the exam.
The USDA requires a USDA Health Certificate (CVI) from a USDA Licensed vet. Not all vets can perform this exam.
The cost of this Certificate and exam is $135.
